SteriLumen Learns AeroClean Changed Its Name to Molekule in Oct. 2022 & Rejects Six-Figure Settlement Demand
The Honorable Philip M. Halpern has scheduled a Tues., Feb. 28, conference with Applied UV’s SteriLumen unit and Aeroclean Technologies, Inc., to figure out if and to what extent discovery and a litigation dismissal should proceed. That action follows SteriLumen saying it recently learned AeroClean changed its name to Molekule, Inc. (Nasdaq: MKUL) in a merger transaction announced on Oct. 3, 2022. That discovery caused SteriLumen to reject a six-figure settlement demand and SteriLumen suggests the litigation’s over. AeroClean doesn’t agree.
