Sterilray Wants Permission to Have Last Word Urging Court to Dismiss Healthe’s Lawsuit & Healthe Predictably Balks

Punctiliously following all procedural rules, High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a Far-UV Sterilray and S. Ed Neister ask the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida for permission to file a reply urging the Court to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Healthe, Inc.
