Photoscience Says $300,000 Default Judgment Request is Conservative & Identifies Seven More Trademark-Infringing Web Sites Operated by Pacific UV and Mr. Fugui Meng
Photoscience Japan Corp. delivered a supplemental brief in support of its $300,000 default judgment request against Pacific Ultraviolet Inc. and Fugui Meng a/k/a/ Meng Fugi of Colorado to the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald this week. Photoscience accuses Pacific UV and Mr. Meng of misusing the Photoscience name and trademarks at www.photoscienceuv.com, www.light-sources.net, www.philipsuv.com, www.steril-aire-uv.com, www.sterilight-uv.com, www.trojan-uv.net, www.uvebay.com and www.advanceduv.net to promote and advertise ultraviolet water treatment equipment products and related products.
