Far UV Technologies Has Until Sept. 27 to Respond to Sterilray’s Lawsuit
Far UV Technologies sought and obtained more time to respond to High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a Far-UV Sterilray (commonly known as HEO3) lawsuit for allegedly infringing on the sterilization technology described in U.S. Patent Nos. 8,975,605 and 9,700,642. With Sterilray’s consent, the Honorable Gary A. Fenner in the Western District of Missouri extended Far UV’s deadline to respond to Sept. 27, 2021. As previously shared with UV Reporter subscribers, High Energy wants Far UV to stop manufacturing and selling products that infringe on its patented technology and to stop making false and disparaging statements about HEO3 in the marketplace.…
