Christian Dior to Respond to Ultraviolet Protection Class Action Lawsuit by Thurs., Mar. 23
Christian Dior, Inc., has turned to Connor T. Gants, Esq., at BARACK FERRAZZANO KIRSCHBAUM & NAGELBERG LLP in Chicago for advice and counsel in defending a lawsuit claiming the cosmetic company exaggerates its foundation products’ sunscreen benefits by more than 1,000%. Los Angeles-based YUKEVICH | CAVANAUGH serves as Dior’s local counsel. In a stipulation presented to the Honorable Donna M. Ryu earlier this week the parties agree Dior will respond to the lawsuit by Thurs., Mar. 23.
