Amazon to Respond To Everlight Electronics’ UV Patent Infringement Lawsuit By Fri., Oct. 22
Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Services LLC engaged Stefani E. Shanberg at MORRISON & FOERSTER LLP in San Francisco to respond to the Complaint filed last month by Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd., to make the retail giant stop selling products allegedly infringing on U.S. Patent No. 7,554,126.
