In its annual report for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2020, Wellness Center USA, Inc., describes how Psoria-Shield Inc. uses UVA and UVB light to treat skin disorders and some of the problems and risks involved in those treatments. Psoria-Shield Inc. (“PSI”) was incorporated under the laws of the state of Florida on June 17, 2009, and Wellness Center acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of stock in Psoria-Shield on Aug. 24, 2012.
