Unable to Resolve UV LED Patent Dispute, SETi Files Second Amended Complaint Against Mouser Electronics
Mouser Electronics, Inc, advised the U.S. District Court in Dallas it was attempting to settle a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc. (SETi) in mid-January. While those talks may have contracted the number of disputed facts and narrowed the scope of the conflict, they were unable to produce a comprehensive settlement. As a result, SETi filed its Second Amended Complaint last week. SETi holds patents on certain ultraviolet light-emitting diode technology.
