Trane White Paper Surfaces in Global Plasma v. D Zine Patent Litigation
Global Plasma Solutions, Inc, is using a white paper entitled A Taxonomy of Air-Cleaning Technologies Featuring Bipolar Ionization recently released by Trane Technologies to combat statements D Zine Partners, LLC and Marwa Zaatari have made about Global Plasma’s products. Global Plasma sued D Zine earlier this month to halt what it called “a reckless campaign by industry competitors of GPS to spread false and misleading statements in an effort to advance the false narrative that GPS’s technology is not safe.” Trane’s Taxonomy white paper is undated.
