Toni De Lanoy Pleads Guilty in Medicare Scheme Involving Ultraviolet Wands
Toni De Lanoy entered into a plea agreement with U.S. attorneys in southern Georgia in connection with a Medicare fraud scheme involving reimbursement for ultraviolet wands and other products. De Lanoy pled guilty to one conspiracy charge and could be sentenced to up to 10 years’ imprisonment, 3 years’ supervised release, a $250,000 fine, such restitution as may be ordered by the Court, and forfeiture of all forfeitable assets.
