Surfacide Claims UVC Cleaning Systems Infringe on Five U.S. Patents
Represented LARKIN HOFFMAN DALY & LINDGREN LTD. in Minneapolis, Surfacide, LLC, accuses UVC Cleaning Systems, Inc., of infringing on U.S. Patent Nos. 8,895,939 (entitled “Hard-Surface Disinfection System”); 9,279,059 (entitled “Hard-Surface Disinfection System”); 9,592,312 (entitled “Hard-Surface Disinfection System”); 9,782,505 (entitled “Hard-Surface Disinfection System”); and 10,568,981 (entitled “Hard-Surface Disinfection System”). Founded in 2010, Surfacide says it manufactures and sells the world’s only patented triple-emitter “robotic” UV-C light solution to inactivate many bacteria and viruses.
