Superior Court Affirms Order Indemnifying Neptune-Benson, LLC from Defective Ultraviolet Generators Complaint
On February 27, 2018, MAAX Spas Industries Corporation (MAAX) addressed to Neptune-Benson, LLC a Notice of Claim in which it asserted that it had purchased defective ultraviolet generators from Delta Ultraviolet Corporation. MAAX is the manufacturer of hot tubs and swim spas and has used Delta UV’s ultraviolet generators in its products since at least 2009. Neptune supplies water treatment products for recreational facilities. Delta UV designs, manufactures, and sells ultraviolet water treatment and disinfectant equipment for residential and semi-commercial uses.
