Dan Nowak at newstimes reports as fall approached in 2020 and the pandemic continued to impact Connecticut, Southbury residents expressed concerns with possible exposure to COVID-19 in public buildings. This concern prompted Southbury Emergency Management Director Steve Schnell and his team to research and provide additional ways to protect the public.
