SETi Sues Lite-On Claiming UV LED Patent Infringement
Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc., says Lite-On Technology USA, Inc., is infringing on ten U.S. Patents issued between 2013 and 2020, by making and selling in the U.S., without SETi’s permission, Lite-On’s LTPL-G35UV275GC-E UV LED.
