SETi Doesn’t Trust Results of Mouser’s UV LED Patent Infringement Claim Investigation
Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc., thinks Mouser Electronics, Inc, is selling more than one product infringing on SETi’s UV LED patents and damages have a reasonable probability of exceeding the $7,000 in sales revenue Mouser’s disclosed. In addition to Lite-On’s LTPL-G35UV275GC-E UV LED product specifically identified SETi’s Second Amended Complaint, SETi’s discovered Mouser sells Lite-On’s patent infringing LTPL-C03UVH365 product too — and SETI thinks there might be more.
