Puradigm Urges Judge Scholer to Toss DBG Group’s Air-Purification Product Marketing Lawsuit
Puradigm, LLC’s legal team at K&L Gates LLP has moved to dismiss a lawsuit filed by DBG Group Investments, LLC. While the introduction to DBG Group’s lawsuit promises a tale of theft and lies, the filing fails to fulfill that promise, the lawyers say.
