Puradigm Says DBG Group’s Claims Fail as a Matter of Law and Baseless Lawsuit Should Be Dismissed
In a Reply delivered to the Court last week, Puradigm, LLC, says DBG Group Investments, LLC’s Response to Puradigm’s Motion to Dismiss is as weak as its Complaint and the Court should toss DBG’s lawsuit. Puradigm says DBG has not (and cannot) allege facts plausibly showing use or misappropriation of any trade secrets. Puradigm asks the Court to grant its Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint for Failure to State a Claim Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
