Photoscience Obtains $300,000 Default Judgment Against Pacific Ultraviolet & Control of photoscienceuv.com Internet Domain Name
The Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald entered a $300,000 default judgment in favor of Photoscience Japan Corp. against Pacific Ultraviolet Inc. and Fugui Meng a/k/a/ Meng Fugi of Colorado last week and ordered the defendants to transfer the photoscienceuv.com Internet domain name to Photoscience. Photoscience accused Pacific UV and Mr. Meng of misusing the Photoscience name and trademarks at www.photoscienceuv.com, www.light-sources.net, www.philipsuv.com, www.steril-aire-uv.com, www.sterilight-uv.com, www.trojan-uv.net, www.uvebay.com and www.advanceduv.net to promote and advertise ultraviolet water treatment equipment products and related products.
