Santurri at Allen, Dyer, Doppelt + Gilchrist, P.A., in Orlando, Fla., Namsung America, Inc., denies its UTILIMEDIC In-Car Phone Sanitizer product infringes on Seoul Viosys Co., Ltd.’s UV LED or other patents. Namsung denies Seoul Viosys is entitled to any relief. Namsung denies it has committed acts of infringement as to any valid and enforceable claim asserted by Seoul Viosys and denies it has committed any act that would give rise to any cause of action under the Complaint.
