Larson Electronics Asserts Damages Resulting from Sterilray’s Bogus UV Patent Litigation
Larson Electronics LLC continues to deny is has infringed on any High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a Far-UV Sterilray UV sterilization technology described in U.S. Patent Nos. 8,975,605 and 9,700,642, and now charges Sterilray with harming and damaging Larson’s business by filing its patent lawsuit and contacting Larson’s customers and other business partners.
