Judge Halpern Wants SteriLumen to Answer AeroClean’s Counterclaims & Wants to Learn More about an Insurance Policy
The Honorable Philip M. Halpern convened an -in-person conference with counsel for Applied UV’s SteriLumen unit and Aeroclean Technologies, Inc., on Tues., Feb. 28, to figure out if and to what extent discovery and litigation should proceed. In an order entered following that get-together, Judge Halpern says he wants SteriLumen to answer AeroClean’s counterclaims and he wants more information about an insurance policy.
