Judge Birotte Nixes Some of Seoul Semi’s Willful Infringement Claims Against Feit Electric & Feit Answers Seoul’s First Amended Complaint
The Honorable Andre Birotte, Jr., entered an order last month nixing some willful infringement claims Seoul Semicondustor Co., Ltd., Seoul Viosys Co., Ltd., make against FEIT Electric Co. Following that ruling, Feit filed its answer to Seoul’s first amended complaint. In a scheduling order entered in early-February, Judge Birotte told Seoul Semicondustor Co., Ltd., Seoul Viosys Co., Ltd., and FEIT Electric Co., Inc., to prepare for a trial of their lighting technology patent disputes on Tues., Feb. 4, 2025.
