Impasse Declared in Attempt to Mediate Healthe, Inc.’s Patent Infringement Suit Against High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a/ Far-UV Sterilray
William H. Hollimon at Holliman, P.A., in Tallahassee, Fla., tells the Honorable Roy B. Dalton, Jr., in Orlando, Fla., he attempted mediation with the parties on May 4, but no resolution was reached and an impasse was declared. Accordingly, Judge Dalton will proceed to decide whether to grant or deny High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a/ Far-UV Sterilray’s motion to dismiss a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Healthe, Inc.
