IEE Indoor Denies “Any Wrongdoing Whatsoever” in Snake Oil Campaign Targeting Global Plasma’s Air Cleaning Products
IEE Indoor Environmental Engineering says Global Plasma Solutions, Inc., filed its lawsuit “primarily for the purpose of chilling the valid exercise of the constitutional rights of freedom of speech” in its Answer filed last week. As shared with UV Reporter subscribers, Global Plasma Solutions, Inc., sued IEE to stop a campaign characterizing Global’s air cleaning products and disinfection services as snake oil. IEE admits next to nothing, says it lacks sufficient knowledge to respond to many of Global’s allegations, and denies everything of substance.
