IEE Indoor & Global Plasma Do Their Best to Outline Snake Oil Litigation Disputes for Judge White
IEE Indoor Environmental Engineering and Global Plasma Solutions, Inc., told the Honorable Jeffrey S. White last week they agree the Court has personal jurisdiction over both parties and subject matter jurisdiction to hear their dispute and enter a judgment. Beyond that, the parties outline in a 14-page Joint Case Management Statement submitted to Judge White last week, they don’t agree about anything else concerning the relevant issues, the applicable law, or about how the litigation should proceed.
