HEO3 Sues Far UV Technologies for Alleged Infringement of 222 nm Patents
High Energy Ozone LLC d/b/a Far-UV Sterilray (commonly known as HEO3) dispatched a team of lawyers from King & Spalding LLP to sue Far UV Technologies earlier this week for allegedly infringing on the sterilization technology described in U.S. Patent Nos. 8,975,605 and 9,700,642. High Energy wants Far UV to stop manufacturing and selling products that infringe on its patented technology and to stop making false and disparaging statements about HEO3 in the marketplace.
