Everlight Electronics Sues Amazon.com To Halt Sale of Infringing UV LED Products
A team of intellectual property lawyers at Vasquez Benisek & Lindgren LLP represents Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd., and sued Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Services LLC this week to make them stop selling products allegedly infringing on U.S. Patent No. 7,554,126.
