Enverid Systems Urges Court to Dismiss Global Plasma’s Lawsuit
enVerid Systems, Inc., says the lawsuit filed by Global Plasma Solutions, Inc., “is an attempt by an air purification system manufacturer that is facing scientific criticism regarding the safety and efficacy of its products to halt the dissemination of that research, chill the free speech of a well-regarded industry scientist, and damage the reputation of another manufacturer in the industry.
