Developer plans HVAC upgrades at 23 of its Baltimore-area commercial properties
Melody Simmons at Baltimore Business Journal reports St. John Properties has ordered 23 Maryland Class A office properties and other commercial developments to be upgraded with a new indoor air purification system. Besides ultraviolet rays, the upgrades will include new HVAC filters and upgrades to the system’s self-cleaning system of its coils.
