Responding to Puradigm, LLC’s motion to dismiss DBG Group Investments, LLC’s lawsuit, DBG says there’s good reason this litigation isn’t novel: Puradigm is the latest in a long list of bad actors DBG has had to sue to halt misappropriation of its confidential and proprietary air-purification technology.
