Calgon Carbon to Sell Ultraviolet Technologies (UVT) Business to De Nora
Calgon Carbon Corporation announced today that it has entered into a definitive Securities and Asset Purchase Agreement with De Nora Water Technologies LLC to sell its Ultraviolet Technologies (UVT) business to De Nora.
