AeroClean Technologies Looks To Raise About $27.5 Million In New Public Equity Offering to Expand Patented UV-C LED SteriDuct Technology
AeroClean Technologies, Inc., located in Palm Beach Garden, Fla., delivered a Regulation A Offering Circular on Form 1-A to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday in anticipation of a public offering of 2.5 million shares of common stock at a price between $10 and $12 per share.
